Assai News Dubai is a minor location in Spec Ops: The Line.
Before the storm wall fell, it was one of the offices of the Assai News Dubai News Agency, one of Dubai's many news agencies. However, by the time Delta arrives, it has been re-purposed as an outpost by the Refugees. This is the first building in the complex called The Nest.
Delta passes through this area at the beginning of Chapter 2, and it acts as the player's introduction arena to grenades.
