The AK-47 is an assault rifle that appears in Spec Ops: The Line.
Gameplay[]
It has a 30-round magazine and the option to swap between burst and full-auto fire. It is commonly used by both the 33rd and Emirati refugees.
It can first be found in Chapter 1 and is used very commonly in every subsequent chapter until 14.
If the player uses Select Chapter, the player will be equipped with this weapon as the primary weapon for Chapter 4.
In multiplayer, it is unlocked at Level 9.
Trivia[]
- Its fire selector is shown as being in safe position, regardless of if it is in burst fire mode or automatic.
- The weapon more closely resembles the AK-74 or AK-101/103 rifles than the AK-47 rifle.
- The depiction of the AK-47 as being a common weapon is wrong. Realistically, in the United Arab Emirates, the most common weapon would the American M16. The AK-47 itself will actually be quite rare.
- In early trailers, the AK-47 had a different design with two orange magazines held together with black tape.
